NICHOLS THERAPY POOL RENTAL REQUEST

EACH POOL RENTAL INCLUDES:

• 1 hour of pool time.
• 1 hour in the cafeteria (for cake, presents, etc.)
• The pool accommodates a maximum of 25-30 guests.
• Pool Rental Fee | $150

ONCE YOUR RENTAL IS CONFIRMED:

• You will receive the Pool and Facility Rental Agreement, along with the Pool Rules.
• These forms, along with payment, must be submitted within 72 hours of your scheduled pool request to secure the reservation.
